Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences was founded in 1987 . year and is located in Apeldoorn , in the heart of the Netherlands . The university is known for its international orientation -
with more than 1,200 students from over 100 countries, Wittenborg offers an authentic global educational experience. It is focused on business, management, entrepreneurship, tourism, IT and
sustainable development, and combines theory with practice through applied sciences.
The faculty is accredited in the Netherlands ( NVAO ) and Great Britain ( FIBAA ), which enables international
recognized diplomas.

● Proof of English language proficiency: IELTS 6.0+ / TOEFL iBT 80+ / Duolingo English Test 95+
● All documents that are not in English must be translated into English (certified translation).
Tuition fees (for the 2025/2026 academic year):
● Basic studies (Bachelor): €9,800 per year
● Master studies (MSc / MBA): €13,300 in total for the entire program
Accommodation:
● Student residences and shared flats: €400 – €650 per month (depending on location and room type)
Cost of living:
● Roughly €800 - €1,100 per month

Campus, accommodation and food
The main campus of Wittenborg University is located in Apeldoorn, a peaceful and safe city ideal for students. The faculty also has campuses in Amsterdam and Munich (Germany). The Apeldoorn campus is modernly equipped, featuring classrooms, seminar rooms, a library, and
student facilities.
Near the campus, you will find restaurants, supermarkets, sports centers, and accommodation options. The university assists students in finding housing (student residences, apartments, and private accommodation).
Food can be purchased in canteens, student cafeterias, and local restaurants, while many students cook at home.


Enrollment dates and scholarships
● Registration deadlines:
Wittenborg has an extremely flexible enrollment system - studies can be started 6 times a year, practically every 2 months. No waiting for September; students can start when it suits them best.
● Scholarships and discounts:
The faculty offers several scholarship programs for international students, including: Wittenborg Holland Scholarship, Orange Tulip Scholarship and various partial scholarships for undergraduate and master's studies. Scholarships are awarded based on academic success and motivation, and can amount to several thousand euros.
● Recommended application deadlines:
Although there are multiple starting dates, non-EU students and those requiring a visa are recommended to apply at least 2-3 months before the desired start of the program, to allow sufficient time for the visa procedure and the preparation of documentation.
